The flags and banners are probably for the visit of the Prince of Wales to the Bath And West of England Show which was held on St Julian's Hill 3rd June - 10th June 1907.

The Silver Grill has taken temporary premises while work is in progress building the Savoy Hotel and New Silver Grill.
